You are agreeing that Learnaling is not responsible for any conduct on your part towards third parties and are further agreeing to indemnify Learnaling for any harm to third-parties resulting from your conduct. Cancellation and Right to Refund

You may cancel your subscription to Learnaling at any time prior to the expiry of your subscription period. (See FAQs for how to cancel.) Except in cases where Learnaling has failed to conform to any applicable warranty or where Learnaling has unilaterally terminated your access, any charged fees already paid will not be refunded in the event of your cancellation.

Learnaling does not guarantee its review of sites linked to and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Learnaling of the site. Use of any such linked web site is at the user's own risk.

Comments

Certain parts of Learnaling’s site and associated sites (such as the Learnaling Facebook group) offer the opportunity for users to post and exchange opinions, information, material, and data (“Comments”).
